Camping

Individuals can book camping with your Spring-O registration.  Larger groups please book campsites with CAC.  Cub Scout groups should book at Wooten.  If you book with the Council, you must check in at the Ranger Station first.  If you book camping on your Orienteering registration, skip the Ranger and check in at the Orienteering Check-in table.

Please be aware that all vehicles must remain in the parking lot and that you may bring wagons or carts to help move gear to campsites.

The only place a ground fire is allowed are in the campfire rings.  If you have a fire in this ring, please make sure it is cold to the touch when done.

Please be aware that hammocks are not allowed on Capitol Area Council properties.

Close-toed shoes are required in camp.

Do not leave trash in the campsites.  Lost Pines has compost, recycling and landfill dumpsters beside the commissary.  .

All running water on camp is potable and safe to drink.
